I must admit to you all that I have a super shameful secret.... I make pizza waaaaaay to often, instead of coming up with new creative "foodie" inspired dishes, I'm boring and make pizza consistently at least 3 times a month..... Granted I have made many different types of pizza, these are some pictures mostly older ones that I found on an old memory card to demonstrate my pizza-insanity, the sad part is that I only take pictures of about half the pizzas I make, if I took pictures of every pizza I make and talked about I'd have to re-name my blog to be something pizza related.
This one is an apple butter chipolte base, mozzarella and cheddar daiya, cheddar sheese, with roasted sweet potato slices, caramelized onion. Sweet, salty and smokey, one of my fav combos.
Thai "chicken" pizza, sauce base of thai sweet chili garlic sauce mixed in with soy sauce. Red pepper slices, pineapple pieces, and "chicken" pieces. Once it came out of the oven, I added some peanuts, thinly sliced green onions, and cilantro. Really different flavor combo, I've made this pizza many times.
Tofutti cream cheese base, with mozza daiya and gouda sheese, with pan friend corn, roasted garlic, thinly sliced onion and crispy veggie bacon
Pretty standard pizza at my house, the usual "classic", translational pizza sauce base, with thinly sliced peppers, onions, roasted garlic, pineapple, mushrooms, and some fake sausage or bacon.Topped with both mozza and cheddar daiya.
One from the summer, balsamic reduction and roasted garlic EVOO with roasted garlic pieces on the dough. Then fresh san maranzo tomatoes, red ion and mozza and cheddar daiya.
I have no clue what this pizza was, but I'm assuming it was roasted and something else. Really bad picture.
Similar to my classic style pizza but with crumbled fake goat cheese.
Pizza cooked on a rack over a fire, at my inlaws. Classic pizza toppings.
I had many duplicate pictures of most of these pictures, but decided to save you all from repeats of my pizza craziness.
